With a possible outbreak of Avian Influenza (bird flu), we are taking the precaution of closing Parkhall Lake with immediate effect
It's not a decision we've made lightly, but better to be safe than sorry.
This is to protect the local wildlife and also the health of our members
If it turns out not to be bird flu we will reopen ASAP
In the meantime please take precautions on whatever water you fish, clean your nets after each session and clean and disinfect shoes and boots
Let's reduce the risk of spreading any contamination
